Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I love this staff. Establishment is clean and food was fresh. I'm very happy!

I start all of my chain restaurants with 3 stars. This Bojangles earned one star above that but then lost it. They earned star was for the breading on the chicken. It was thick and crispy. They lost it by not having the Cajun bacon cheddar melt sandwich. They claimed they had never had such a thing on their menu. However, when I at there one month earlier, it was delicious. Too bad for their review because the same person waited on us both times.

The staff is awesome! They offered to give me a free piece of chicken because of the mix up on my order. Instead of a Cajun bacon cheddar melt, I received a cheddar melt biscuit. The difference between these two items is disappointing. Would I return? Yes, definitely!

Just started going here, I was pleasantly surprised at the good food. My wife really likes the chicken and coleslaw. I got the fish sandwich and coleslaw and it was pretty good and I am not a big fish fan! Been there a few times and the quality has been consistently good.UPDATE: JULY 30, 2019 My wife is still enjoying the chicken. I tried the new Cajun Chicken Biscuit with Pimento cheese. The actual sandwich doesn't look as good as the menu board (what food ever does?). But I thought as long as it tastes good who cares. Well it tastes worse than it looks! It was very dry and the cheese was a thick paste. The seasoning on the chicken overpowered the cheese so you could not taste it or maybe there should be more cheese, then the pasty cheese would make harder to eat. Had to wash each bite down with my drink. This was a loser sandwich for me.

In dinning room visit. Chicken was good as were the sides, fries and beans. Tables could have been a little cleaner. 3 p.m. visit, so not many customers. Employees could easily been available to clean off tables, crumbs and paper products. Bathroom was clean and tidy though.
