Really good true BBQ. Super tender beef ribs (the butcher's term is Plate Rib) LOTS! of meat on these ribs. Both pork ribs (spare and baby back) are done perfectly. Tasty and tangy sauce made in the restaurant is delicious. We've had the Mac n' Cheese, baked BBQ beans, and the minted cucumber salad. All are very good. The Mac 'n' Cheese is especially good, pasta shells covered in a cheesy, creamy, delicious sauce with cracked pepper to give it a real home made flavor.
We have eaten there and had take out. Our latest call-in/take out was ready when we got there. The counter staff shied each item of the order as they out it into the sturdy bag. The order was accurate and everything was still nice and hot when we got it home. All the staff is friendly and asks if there is anything else you need (like extra BBQ sauce, napkins, cutlery, even plates)
Rocklands is great! On the south side of Quaker Lane off Duke Street (near the fire station at Quaker and Duke.)

Awesome BBQ spot offering all the goodies. The prices are actually very reasonable and you get a lot for want you pay for. They also have a great selection of craft beer, and they run great specials - we got free jalapeño poppers with each drink ordered. Would definitely be interested in going again

Had chopped pork and a1 bone beef rib. Chopped pork was good. Beef rib was not prime but good for the price. Strange Cole slaw but beans were good.

This is my favorite BBQ place in the area. I usually get the BBQ chicken, dark meat, baked beans and Texas corn pudding. I had never heard of Texas corn pudding and I am definitely addicted to it now. If you like hot sauce they have a really large collection. They also have a nice selection of craft beers too. I've only gotten take out but they have indoor and outdoor seating. The dress is definitely casual. The staff has always been nice to me and the place is always clean. Check it out as I'm pretty sure you're going to go back again and again.

Quickly delivered after ordering. Meat and sides were delicious. Pickles were spicy, which I'm not in to personally, but I still ate them and can see the appeal for others. Wish they had a broader selection of BBQ sauces to dress my chopped pork sandwich, but it was still good. Meat was not dry it overcooked. The roll it was served on complimented it well. Free parking which seems rare. (In town visiting for .5 days so far and already had to pay parking.) Would come again and would recommend. Will post pics of my meal also.
