I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location!! They are phenomenal, in fact, Shawn went above and beyond to accommodate us when I forgot my takeout. The food is delicious and we will go back again and again. Please be sure to support this new location!
I am a federal employee affected by the recent shutdown. While I never took advantage of their federal employee free pizza, I was touched by their support and wanted to pay it forward (or back in this case). The pizza was great! I got the ngarlic and was impressed. Highly recommend!
I really like the flat price, so you get the pizza you want without getting charged some exorbitant price. And the pizza is fantastic and personalized! Also during the government shutdown, they really took care of affected government employees, and I appreciate that. So great business and great pizza. They'll definitely be getting my business in the future (once I get a paycheck).
Really appreciate the generosity shown to federal employees for several weeks during the furlough! Pizzas were delicious, and the staff and manager at Potomac Yard (VA) had big smiles and exhibited class, kindness, and professionalism as they served pizzas to unpaid federal workers. Beyond impressed! Thank you, &Pizza! Your generosity during this time is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten by the federal workforce!
The food is great. It's a different type of pizza than most places, so if you love thick crusts or heavily seasoned crust, this might not be your favorite. I am a big fan of flat bread, so this does not deter me.
Service is really good. Consistency is a little hit or miss on toppings though. Kind of like Subway in that regard. Load it up too much and that creates an imbalance. Load it up too little, and it kind of feels like you're being skimmed.
I imagine it's not an easy balance to get right every time. But it's always good pizza, in my experience.
