Food so delicious! I got the chicken enchiladas. Super filling and the tortillas are great quality (some restaurants overlook that!). Margarita was tasty and the whole staff from my server to the host was sweet. Definitely my new go to Tex mex spot in Alexandria!
Everyone here was super nice. The food is good and the drinks are strong and delicious. I would give five stars if the bar had a bigger selection. They were out of or did not stock many basic alcohols.
Great tasting Mexican food. I got the Tacos al Carbon, kids chicken tenders, and roast pork tacos. Carbon was on point. I got everything to go. They package things well in in plastic containers with separations for main course, sour cream, guacamole and diced tomatoes and another for rice. Beans come in a separate container and they even give you complimentary chips and salsa as if you were eating in. Wife said the roast pork tacos were really greasy. She wouldn't get them again but would get something else. Kid loved the tenders and fries. Parking is in a garage nearby which is fine for eating in but inconvenient for take out. The waiters are friendly and fast to serve.
The staff here always go out of their way to seat our group that comes in weekly. It’s usually 8-10 people, and they are always happy to serve us! They know our names and make it a very personable experience every time we go. Margaritas are a must and the food is the best comfort food!
Nice experience for two ex-Mexican border residents. Will return but must say we missed the fresh cilantro that is authentic to Mexican food.
service was fast and friendly and the presentation was beautiful. I had the combination plate of Spinach Enchilada with a soft fish taco and my husband had the Cheese Enchilada with Tomatillo Sauce. Photos included.
Atmosphere is huge so Mexican music playing in background would be nice rather than the radio.
