McDonald's

The staff is very courteous, the food tastes like standard McDonald's fare, my orders have been very accurate and assembled well, and the price is expectedly low. Expect long drive-through lines during busy commuting hours.

During 2018 I had several incidents over various issues at this location. Nearly every order was incorrect and many times I would have to go in to the store to clarify what was wrong with my orders (usually something was missing or I'd receive a completely wrong item). Most of the time during that year the waits were often in excess of 20 minutes even after I already paid. Also, I once spilled hot coffee on myself (which was my fault). The drive-through attendant witnessed this and closed the window on me (I hadn't received all of my order yet). I did not expect a free replacement, but the attendant did not even acknowledge what'd happened or asked if I was okay (it was severely painful).

I'm rating this McDonald's 4 / 5 because the entire staff team has markedly improved in all service aspects. I look forward to going here now.

A nice and orderly location that is clean. The staff was friendly and it was not very busy when we went. I would come back if in the area.

There is nothing worse than seeing a bunch of high school kids coming in after school and starting a fight. Are the most customers go through the drive-through I find sitting down in the mid-to-late afternoon is not enjoyable there simply because of the unruly children.

Food was hot. Teenage staff member was getting disciplined in front of everyone but he kinda deserved it, lol. Also they should give more sauce.
