Charleen took the party right out our hands - everything! The evening went off without a hitch. From the bartender to the food all the way to the chocolate cake and apple crumble. The guests were wowed and, of course, we got all the credit.

Charlene creates the most wonderful, soulful, divine food. From her bite-sized, mouth-watering, crab cakes, to her decadent, freshly iced cakes that melt in your mouth, I have not had “catered food” so beautifully displayed and do incredibly delicious! Never will I ever use anyone else. Girl, you ROCK!

The food is amazing! There is no one I have ever met that is more passionate about the quality of the food, the presentation, the atmosphere of the event and even down to the most minute of details - they are meticulously dedicated to your total experience being unforgettable! My family owned restaurants worldwide simultaneously catering to celebrity events so I know how hard it is to pull off this type of high quality service. Charlene's is who you turn to when failure is not an option, but excellence is demanded, expected and delivered. -DH

Everything was great. The food was obviously spectacular, but the whole process from ordering to picking up was smooth. Great communication and customer service. Will never cater with anyone else.

We had Charlene's Italian cream cake with roasted walnuts this weekend. My mother said it was one of the best cakes that she had ever eaten. We only had one piece left the next morning and we all shared a fork and ate it standing over the kitchen counter. My mom said, "I can't remember the last time I had a cake that was fresh not frozen. Cakes these days have been frozen the day before and they are not fresh when you eat them. Or they are too dry. Not Charlene's! Her cake is the real deal.
