I decided to try their most popular dish, Hanoi Grilled Pork Vermicelli, which was freshly made this morning. It was really delicious and I’ll definitely be coming back. Other perks: the interior was beautiful and clean anddd reasonably priced.
Our group of friends just had a great lunch here this weekend. My personal favorite was grandma’s chicken rice, which came with a bowl of chicken broth that was fragrant and flavorful. We tried Hanoi style “egg coffee”, which was delicious. I’d recommend stirring up the eggnog-like froth on top before drinking it. We also ordered crispy spring rolls, with shrimp and pork fillings, very tasty. Stir fried beef vermicelli and grilled pork vermicelli were a great hit at our table as well. The restaurant prides itself on serving Northern Vietnamese food (a la Hanoi style) and it does not disappoint. Will come back to order more from the rest of the menu!
I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is always really nice. They have promotions all the time, and new menu items regularly. And omg the vermicelli bowls. If you only try one thing try the vermicelli bowls. I could be buried alive in a pile of those noodles and eat my way out.
I'm currently working my way through their drink menu and haven't found anything I don't like yet. Plus they have multiple vegetarian options here which is really nice.
Please give this place a try, you'll be glad you did :)
Not bad, but not good. I was excited to see a fast casual restaurant opening up but I just wasn’t thrilled with the food. I had a vermicelli bold and it was really bland. I couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be a hot or cold dish because some of the items in the bowl were like warm. I wasn’t bad but I don’t plan to return... I’d rather get a sandwich next door at Jimmy Johns.
First experience and won’t be the last. Had the shrimp and pork spring rolls and the grilled lemongrass pork skewers as takeout for dinner after a tough workout. It was surprisingly delish! Made fresh to order. Price and quality is on point. Can’t wait to taste test more.
