We went looking for breakfast sandwiches and decided to stop in. Katie was absolutely phenomenal: super friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered our food: 2 breakfast biscuits (biscuit, egg, bacon, hollandaise sauce) and headed home to eat them. We got home, opened the sandwiches and the bacon was ALL fat and and super thick cut. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have added the bacon.
My personal opinion, I don’t think $21 for 2 of these breakfast sandwiches is worth it and while I loved the atmosphere and customer service, I don’t think I would ever go back.
Besides it having fresh ingredients, have a great selection and great coffee. The biscuit they make is amazing. It's super soft in the middle with having a nice crust. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful.
The food here is absolutely delicious and you can tell that they are using ingredients of the highest quality. The bacon is thick cut and flavorful and the sausage is also amazing. The texture on the biscuits are also top notch. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The staff here is amazing and friendly too!.
So glad I stumbled upon this place. Even though I’ve lived about a mile from here for 2 years, I finally dropped in for a visit.
Upon walking in, you are able to either order through a cashier or on a tablet. Both are on the cashiers counter, which is convenient, but also slightly confusing (maybe I was just hungover and my brain wasn’t working right)
I started with the egg and cheese (American cheese) on a biscuit. It was…. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had in this area and maybe my life. It was every hungover persons dream. Buttery, flaky biscuit, with a fried egg and slice of processed cheese. I mean really, there is beauty in simplicity and this is a great example.
As I walked back to my car after the meal, I could not help myself but think about my recent experience. I wasn’t ready for it to be over. Against my own best interests, I ordered another sandwich. This time, with chicken sausage and pepper jack cheese. I don’t really know how else to hype this place up. That’s something I NEVER do.
Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this delicious meal. I look forward to working my way through the menu (maybe one item at a time with a side of cardio 😁)
EDITED: we went back and I got pictures this time. SO. FREAKIN. GOOD.
We just stopped in for brunch while our car was being serviced on the recommendation of the Tesla staff and we had the BEST experience!! The staff at DBC was so welcoming as soon as we walked in the door, answering menu questions and giving recommendations. I wish I took pictures of the food, but I was so hungry that I didn’t even think about it until after it was devoured. We ordered the chicken biscuit with hot honey, hashbrowns, and the cinnamon sugar biscuit beignets. I also ordered a drip coffee and they kindly made a fresh pot just for me! The food was DELICIOUS! I love fried chicken with hot honey and they are killing it here! The biscuit beignets were also AMAZING! Highly recommend and I can’t wait until we’re in the area again so we can stop in!
