My wife and I like to consider ourselves foodies. We love going out on date night to different restaurants in the area . We were blown away by kiln. We sat down at the chef's table and Allowed the chef to take our pallets to amazing places. The food is amazing , I don't want to talk to much about it because I don't want it to get to packed when we want to go again. JK . Once people find about this place good luck getting in . Go now and try the food . Your taste buds won't know what to do . Top three best Restuarant in DC area , better than most of the Michelin star ones .

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kiln, a new culinary gem in Old Town Alexandria. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

During our visit, we sampled a variety of dishes, but the stars of the evening were the catfish and half chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The catfish was unlike any catfish we had ever tried, and the sauce perfectly complemented the dish.

Kiln is a fantastic addition to the Old Town dining scene. With its delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it's a place we’ll be returning to again. Highly recommended!
