Maria, Maxy and the back crew are absolutely wonderful. I love this tropical smoothie I’m so glad we have one within walking distance to the staff and environment the building is always spotless the bathroom looks brand new not even water spots on the mirror. The staff greets me I feel like Va157 has been here for years the way it treated there. My favorite tropical smoothie. Keep up the great work Va-157.

The vibrant atmosphere of this new location coupled with Maria's warm hospitality, made for a delightful grand opening experience! I got a Chocolate Truffle smoothie and it did not disappoint! I’ve been a customer of tropical for many years and was so excited that one was opening only 2 min from me! It’s very rare that I’ve had any issues with my orders from other chains, however tonight I went to pick up an order that my S.O ordered for us for my meal to not be correct): I was very disappointed seeing as I ordered the chicken pesto and what I got was chicken(in flatbread) with some lettuce and a spicy sauce with cheese (I can’t eat dairy). I’m giving the benefit of the doubt since I know the place just opened but I wanted to bring awareness to this because customer service is so important in my book especially when it comes to receiving a correct order, I don’t know if the worker was confused but it would be great if the workers could be more serious about this.

Big, bright, and clean location with its new construction! New staff are learning the service but doing a great job of cooking up a lot of orders when I stopped by Saturday afternoon. I had the featured meal (chorizo quesadilla) with a kale-apple salad. It was fresh made, tasty ingredients, and a fair price. The peanut butter smoothie with whey protein was cold and tasty (felt like a premium drink that I can't make at home). The mobile app made it fun and easy for me to place this order and pick it up within 10 min. I'll be back!
