I went for the handcrafted cocktails but ended up staying for the amazing company of Journeyman and bartender Antwan. I highly recommend trying the sparkling sake - it's rich, tangy, sweet, and has earthy notes that are simply next level. Trust me, you won't regret it!
Enjoyed my visit here! The first time I tried the pork belly skewers they were tasty and juicy, but the second time they were dry... The sushi rolls were amazing both times, fresh and unique.
We stopped by for a late dinner on my sister's birthday, and the staff were super friendly and warm hearted. The food and drinks were also delicious. We tried all three types of skewers, and every single one of them was wonderful. The pork belly skewer was one of the most tender, juicy pork belly I've ever had; the beef skewer had a slight charcoal grilled taste and was perfectly seasoned; the karaage skewer was also juicy and was our favorite. I ordered the lavender moon drink and it was super good- not too sweet but perfectly citrusy and refreshing. My sister had their local pilsner, and it was a darker taste than we expected, but we enjoyed it as well. Lastly, the staff provided us with a slice of their mango mousse cake and it was airy and light. Tldr: we had a memorable time with the workers and delicious food. We're definitely coming back again!
We came here expecting to find Kaizen Tavern, but were very happy to find Zuki Moon there instead. The food (spicy Cucumbers and Salmon Donburi) and drinks were delicious, the service and recommendations made by the staff were on point, and the atmosphere was very cozy on a rainy Sunday evening. They were sadly out of desserts by the time we arrived, so we'll have to go back earlier in the week so we can try those.
Very tasty food and drinks. The gyuudon bowl was very and the meat was slightly carmelized which gave it an interesting texture. The pickles were very good as well. The server was attentive and provided good recommendations. Overall I enjoyed this place.
