I like this place. Good food with friendly people preparing and serving it.

Good Carolina style vinegar based BBQ. Its looks like a dive from the outside and I would have never stopped if a coworker hadn't talked me into it, but they do cook that BBQ well. They are polite and will keep your tea filled. Worth stopping in for a quick sandwich.

My dad used to love this place back in the day (when they were on Fort Avenue). We always get great food & service there.

I'm going to say it's a nice place along a country road drive. I got a dinner plate of barbecue but something was really wrong with the barbecue like it was burnt or something. I couldn't eat it. Yet I'm sure it was a fluke. I still feel they owe me 2 meals as my daughters was the same. Outside tables to eat are available. Lots of people go here I understand.

Great BBQ, tender, moist, full of flavor. The sweet tea, sides, and cobbler were superb and Jim is the host with the most! Cant wait to go back! Thanks Jim!
