La Bettola Italiano

Thanks to it being Super Bowl Sunday my Mom and I were the only ones there! So, naturally we had great service and a very quiet meal.
The menu choices were more than ample and we ended up with a medium (12") Pizza Primavera and Chicken Alla Nonna.
We started with very hot loaf of bread which we enjoyed with the olive oil provided. The pizza is thin crust (which WE liked) so thick crust people be aware. The taste combo of the toppings was very good. My chicken was well prepared and had lots of artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and capers (the larger ones). The ziti was also cooked well and the light tomato sauce was just right.
We would definitely return for another meal here.

After a long day of traveling from Ontario, Canada we were tired and only a bit hungry. We walked 9 mins to find this little Italian restaurant.... at first we weren’t sure from the outside but after looking in the window we decided to give it a try. We were welcomed and shared a pizza. It was delicious! Definitely recommend it!

A nice small place with decent food but pretty good prices! Definitely one of the cheaper(if not the cheapest) restaurants on 23rd street. I guarantee you'll get the most bang for your buck here.

Very nice restaurant with excellent food, fast and attentive service, and reasonable prices. We were reluctant because it doesn’t look anything special from the outside, but two people just leaving strongly recommended it and we were very pleased we followed their advice. In addition to tasty main courses, both the bread and salad were quite good, which is often not the case in otherwise nice restaurants.

Decent, not amazing. Good, not delicious. I'd go again if I were in the neighborhood. I wouldn't make a special trip. The staff could use a smile and a pick-me-up. The vibe is very quiet.
