Kapnos Taverna

We had breakfast here. The menu was diverse for a limited menu. We had the Greek omelet and the breakfast sandwich. Both came with home fries with Greek seasoning. Delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

The Greek food is not authentic. It's a sit down restaurant that gives plastic silverware. I would expect plastic silverware at a fast food, not at a sit down restaurant.

We ate here on Wednesday 10 October 2018 and I am still thinking about this meal! We were waiting for a 3.30pm flight to Memphis so we arrived around lunch time and grabbed the last two available seats at the bar. The lady that took our order was lovely and very helpful as we wanted to share a few plates. The roast potatoes are heavenly! as are the little spanakopitas. The pita bread was delicious and the tzatziki was perfect! I was not expecting such a delicious meal at an airport but this one has been my favourite so far! Definitely worth a visit.

I don't get some of the bad reviews here, I'm here almost every week and they're always good. I think their burgers are underrated too.
