Always great food, we keep going back. Can be kind of loud, but it is a fun, cozy environment. On Fridays and Saturdays it can get busy so make a reservation if possible. But they also have a lot of bar seating, including in the back dining room by the kitchen, so for groups of 2-3 walks in can work. Weeknights seem to be find for walk-ins of any size. Menu changes and we've always loved what we got. Gluten Free options, including desert. We've gone for date nights, birthdays and family get togethers. Would definitely recommend. Not the most expensive in the area, but not the cheapest either.
Great restaurant for meat lovers. We did a birthday brunch for my wife and they were very accommodating. Have been a few times and always enjoyed it
For a place in this price range the service was way too slow, food arrived incorrectly, the steak was chewy and it was so loud you couldn't hear the person across the table. The food had good flavor but despite my high expectations, the experience was a let down.
This is a very unique dining experience. The food is fresh, expertly prepared and fused from a very rare insight to flavors that play on different parts of the pallet. The menu is not a simple play on traditional food fare. It offers a whole new span of fusion ideas that are all made from scratch and fresh to order. If you are seeking a real out of the ordinary dining experience, recommend the adventurous diner try the Green Pig Bistro.
Wonderful food, from the Butternut squash soup, porkchop main entree and bread pudding dessert. It was expensive, but being in DC area, that's just par for the course. Service was also wonderful, right amount of attentive. We had a great time. In addition, there is free parking! Makes eating there so easy.
