    Clean bathroom. Nice renovation. Very busy. Ended up going to the drive thru.

    Placed my order, got the food fast, but they messed up the order. This happens a lot to me only at Wendy's no matter where I visit. Food still taste good so I will give 4 out of 5.

    Sooo slow. Why is every fast food restaurant on Columbia Pike so bad at managing the drive through? The food was good. Just had to wait over 10 minutes to get it.

    Recently renovated seating area. Same lackadaisical staff. Bulk ketchup dispensers not filled and nozzle caked with days old dried ketchup. I only hope the kitchen is cleaner.
