I have been working in the Arlington, VA area since May 2018. I must say I have tried just about every food eatery there is here, and I have gotten sick at every location. But Jon's Coffee Shop has been CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS. I have never gotten sick here. Like the owner says,,,"Everything is fresh here and cooked to order" I concur, and Jon's cafe is the only place I will go. Thank you to My Pretty Ladies in there for taking such good care of me, and my guy in the back. All of you ROCK!!!!!

Jon’s is a great place to go for either breakfast or fast and casual lunch. The people complaining about service have either never worked in a large city before, or don’t understand the environment of a fast carry out corner cafe. The staff do exactly what they need to.

The prices are very good - it’s probably the best overall value for breakfast or lunch in all of Rosslyn/Courthouse/Ballston. $7 for an awesome croissant sandwich and a bottle of juice? I’ll take it! Their BLTs and burger subs are also an awesomely greasy, comfort food lunch.

This place isn’t pretty or “gluten-free, sustainably sourced, non GMO.” If you want that go somewhere else. This is the perfect greasy, quick, cheap, let-yourself-go-on-a-Friday fare.

    Highly recommended.
I have been coming to Jon's whenever I have worked in Rosslyn, on and off since 2001. The food is always excellent and very reasonably priced, particularly for Rosslyn.
Yong and Minh and Rupina are excellent people, very friendly but very business-focused. Some may misconstrue their attitude at times - I've seen this in other posts regarding other restaurants around Rosslyn.

Open at 0600, grill is generally off by ~1415, closed at 1500. Wide variety of food (including salad bar) for such a small place. A few tables to sit at, but most business is carry-out.
Breakfast: normal grill fare (eggs/meat potatoes), fresh fruit and bagels/croissants.
Lunch: Mostly sandwiches (cold and hot) including burgers, hot dog, and deli-type sandwiches. Three hot specials (meat/starch/vegetable) each day.
Snacks and candy. Lots of drinks.
It is located at ground level to the far left (near the gated children's play area).

I work in the building and the store on the first floor is extremely convenient. Everyone that works there is friendly and they have a large selection of beverages, snacks and food. Not sure exactly what customer service issues Sandy had but I've experienced nothing of the sort at the shop.

Overall it is a quick & affordable place to grab a bite and a coffee in the Rosslyn area.

Any review you read below this is written by bubble people that belong in Starbucks that consider good customer service over paying for their name written on a cup. You don't look for customer service in this place, you look for quick, cheap, awesome food. Jon has the most legit breakfast sandwich in the DMV. For those of you not from DMV, you know what I'm talking about.
