Cool place and great location. They also have food.

My wife asked if we could stop by this place and we both liked the vibe. Unfortunately the pizza was less than superb. If you get something right out of the oven, the crust has a good crunch. Toppings were used sparingly, the sauce needed more seasoning, and the cheese was bland. Also, we went specifically for the popcorn cocktail for reasons. They didn't have 2 of the ingredients to make that cocktail. It's an ok place to enjoy the summer weather and eat outside I suppose.

Small pizza shop located right across from the Clarendon metro. I went for lunch and was the only customer during my entire visit. The pizza was decent but not really what I would consider to be New York style and for the price I expected better quality. They have some unique toppings but I don't think they are that memorable. I'm pretty sure this place caters to the late night drink crowd but as a general pizza shop there are plenty of better options close by.

Big Tony’s is such a refreshing new addition to Clarendon! I’ve been here a couple of times and have nothing bad to say.

The cocktails are so thoughtfully crafted and taste DELICIOUS. The Don’t Trip in the super cute mushroom glass is my favorite! The bartenders are always so lively and attentive, which makes the vibe of the place that much better. Kat and Kristina are so clearly a dynamic duo and go above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly— they’re amazing.

If you’re looking for a one-stop bar for food, drinks, and good service, Big Tony’s is a solid choice. I can’t wait to go back and try their brunch!

I finally waned to post up about my experiences here, now that I’ve had several chances to come by to eat and on a few occasions grab a drink as well. Love it, love the vibe, reminds me of my childhood with the flavors I love as an adult.

On my first few visits I was just grabbing some carry out for myself and family and quickly ran through most of the sandwich menu. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but the Stallone (imaging a French dip on steroids… the gravy and he super tender beef and then the hit of spice from the big Jersey cherry peppers omg.) and then the Chop it alike it’s Hawt (sorry Italian store, this may be my new favorite Italian sun in Arlington. Chopping all of the fillings gets you that perfect bite of each meat, the Italian seasonings, oil and vinegars and veg in every bite. My favorite part of a great hoagie is when the condiments perfectly start soaking into the bread and you get that solid bite with every ingredient. This sub is essentially that perfect bite of sun for the entire sandwich… can’t. Get enough of these! The Snooki meat ball sub was another very solid contender and I can’t wait to get back to try the steak and cheese.

During my visits I usually grabbed a quick beer or cocktail while I waited and the craft cocktails did not disappoint. The espresso martini can stand up with the best iterations you’ll find anywhere downtown and the fig bourbon drink was like a reimagined Old Fashioned and the fig garnish in the ice was a very nice touch. I can’t wait to get back to finish eating my way through the menu and as time allows come by to hang out for one of their happy hours. Thanks again to the wonderful staff that helped me with my orders and guided me through the menu items on my first visits.

I’ve been here multiple times and decided to write a review. Formally known as Bronx Pizza, Big Tony’s has revamped their pizza in addition to expanding (wings, cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, & more) their entire menu and added a retro bar!!!! All their items are delicious and flavorful. If you’re looking for a cold pint and a tasty slice, then this is the place to be. Happy Hour and Daily Dive Deals are THE BEST in town. Even at 2AM (weekends) you can get a pie made to order. Please go check this place out and see for yourself. 80’s retro twist to take you back in time and enjoy the good ole days.

P.S. Craft cocktails are a MUST!!
