Salt

The hubs and I have been here twice since it opened a few weeks ago. AMAZING and creative cocktails. We have tried almost every one on the menu at this point. Food is also outstanding. Don’t leave without trying the pork belly. Cool vibes. Overall this place is the perfect addition to the neighborhood but the food and drinks are so good I would recommend and hope word gets out to people all over the area that Salt is a must-try!

Absolutely gorgeous bar and cocktail room. I have been going to the Open Road in Merrifield for quite sometime and always loved their food but salt is a fantastic addition to the already awesome american grill. I had the bees knees gin based cocktail, by far the best Ive ever had. Lily was incredible and so personable. I also had the waygu burger.....let me just say it was mouth watering.. the only thing I would change is maybe a sturdier burger bun but overall an incredible experience at this new hip location

Cool new addition to Rosslyn. Located inside/underneath open road. Barely marked, center door. I’d describe it as a cocktail bar with (speakeasy vibes). It also has a limited but good food menu. They kept the menu pretty tight. Lighting is on point too. Dim enough to be romantic/cozy but bright enough to see each other and read the menu. Typical Rosslyn type pricing but fair given the quality of the drinks, food and environment. The staff was wonderful, very nice, experienced and professional. They can walk you through the cocktails from fire drinks to classics. It would be a really good date spot.

I think it wont be long before the Deloitte and Gartner folks make it a Rosslyn staple during the weekdays, weekends may be a bit trickier since the area doesn’t have the critical mass as a destination area. At least not yet. I hope it succeeds, lots of potential!

Salt has raised the bar in Arlington. Finally I dont have to cross the bridge for craft cocktails. Cozy well executed setting and service was on point from Lilly and Alex. The kitchen delivered on the Wagyu Burger. I'm hooked! #SaltLife
