Absolutely delicious food here. Had the spring rolls and a Tom yum chicken soup and I absolutely loved it. There’s no place to sit out of the sun, so we got cooked. Otherwise an amazing little place to eat lunch.
The Water Park was a much needed area for Crystal City, and Tiki Thai is one of the best new restaurants they have. It doesn't have a huge range of options - three starters, two mains, and three dessert options, but the quality is very high. I had the spring rolls and the drunken noodles, and both were delicious with very generous portions.
The only downside for me is the price. It is very expensive and I have to say I would prefer a smaller portion size at a cheaper price point. Instead I'll bring a friend next time and we will share a starter and main. I'm sure the dessert is amazing too, and if the price comes down I'll definitely get it
We ordered a Khao Soi with fried chicken.
We waited for minutes after we ordered, but it meant they made our hot and fresh meal.
The chicken was so crispy!
The coconut curry was also flavorful.
We wonder this curry must be great with rice as well so a side dish of rice would help soak up the soup after you eat the noodles.
We are not sure but there were sliced pickles or something with the noodles and they were good accents.
In the first impression when we saw the price, $17, we felt it was the pricey to be honest, but the balance of the ingredients and spices was great.
