Great food, friendly staff, beautiful new back deck overlooking gardens.

Solid sandwiches here unique menu and quick friendly service. Only visiting the area for a day and I wish I had this closer to me in Charlotte.

One of the best places to eat lunch in Bedford. Food has always been good with unusual but delicious sandwiches you won't find anywhere else like the Romanian Nightmare. Excellent homemade sides and desserts like potato salad, corn pudding, etc. They serve bottled beer as well. The sitting rooms have art and decor on the walls and tables, and all of it has price tags if you like it enough to take it home with you.

Really fun place to eat! All of the food tasted really fresh and homemade! Expect to pay around $8-$10 for a sandwich, but they are really good sandwiches. They have homemade desserts too! Definitely worth a try! Pictured: The Friar Cluck + Santa Fe Corn and the Turkey Lurkey + Salad

Always the place for a great beer and burger plus some fine wine. Good food, lots of choice and great friendly service in a very quaint house turned restaurant. Enjoy the at works too.
