Bräuburgers Craft Burgers & Beer of Forest

I visited to find out what the food and service were like and sat down for lunch just after 1pm. I did receive a glass of water quickly but the waitress did not return to take my order till 1:22.
I ordered a double Patty burger with fries and slaw. This finally arrived at about 1:45.
The slaw was tiny the fries generous and tasteful. The patties were "well seared" and dry. The bun was good.

There was also a 15 minute wait for the bill to arrive.

Having had more than enough time to study the menu and experienced the food I don't see the need to return.

The place was not busy.

We found this great place when we lived in Virginia. We live over an hour away now and it's still worth the drive. Best burgers to be found in Virginia. They have great local brewery selections from around Virginia as well.

This place was fantastic! There were plenty of options for folks in our group who didn't want to eat a beef burger (or any meat at all!). The food was delicious, and the portions were extremely generous and a good price. I loved the many burger topping options that were available at no additional cost. I highly recommend you try some of the different sauces... my favorite was the curry sauce!

This was recommended from a local Air BnB. Glad to have tried it. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a dog friendly covered patio. But the food. The food was delicious. I'm not generally one to clean my plate, but I finished my burger, had a side of loaded mac n cheese, had the rosemary fries, and then had dessert. Ate every bite. The Mad King Ludwig burger was excellent. Flavorful, perfectly cooked, and loaded with toppings. The loaded mac n cheese was creamy, topped with perfectly cooked bacon, and the freshest jalapenos. Rosemary fries were thin, crispy, well seasoned. German chocolate cake was moist, not too sweet in the cake. The entire experience was fantastic. Will visit again. Thank you, Bailey!

This was literally the best burger that I have had since moving to Virginia. We tried it on a whim and were not disappointed. This is now our go to burger place. The fries were amazing and we loved the signatures sauces!
