Chili's Grill & Bar

Went in on a cold rainy friday, anxious to get a coffee and a hot meal. Our waitress,(FAITH), was honest enough to tell us the coffee there really sucked and she didn't recommend it. She said she never sells a second cup. I was surprised to hear that refills aren't free to start with, but if it's a coffee kind of day, Faith made it pretty clear that chili's is the wrong choice. I thank her for saving me the money but really wanted coffee. The food was really good and the 3 stars is due to the server being too sorry to make a pot of coffee, and then making the excuse that it is no good.

The food was really good & service was good.... the steak & shrimp were excellent... approximately $25 per person

Loved the onion petals. Our six ounce steaks and side were good, but they didn't match the cost of the meal. Dinner for two as advertised at $25 turned out to be $34.35 plus tip. Service was slow. Once the order was taken the food was prepared and served quickly.

The staff was very friendly and the alcoholic drinks were delicious. The food was good but was missing character. I got spicy shrimp tacos and it was nothing special. No spicy, or sauce, (drizzle?) to give it some spunk. I don't think that it was the locations fault, rather how they are told to make the dishes. Again the food was tasty and my wife & I did enjoy our dinner, I just wish it had some character.

Great place and the service has always been excellent. We always go to a booth in the bar area and the service there is exceptional. The food has always been good and the orders are always accurate. The amount of time from when you place your order to the time your food is served has always been reasonable. The restaurant and the restrooms have always been neat and clean.
