    I went to school in Lexington and visited Canton all the time. After graduation, I moved away, and have since spent time in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland. I still dream of the Chinese food at Canton! I’ve never found a place as good at all of the classic Chinese staples.

    They have amazing egg drop soup, great egg rolls, and delicious shrimp and broccoli. I’ve never had shrimp and broccoli better than the dish they serve here. Instead of the more typical thick brown sauce, they use a delicate white sauce that is mind-blowingly good.

    I was inspired to write this review by yet another mediocre Chinese experience here on the West coast. I need to come back to Virginia soon!!

    The best Chinese around! The owner is so sweet and goes the extra mile to please her customers. We go there all the time.

    Best Chinese food this side of China! Family owned and run, everything is freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
