    The atmosphere of Scoops Ice Cream was very comforting and it was perfect for a hot summer day, much like the day I visited. The ice cream was delicious and they offered a variety of foods and flavours. Both indoor and outdoor seating was offered and the place is conveniently located near the park.

    Excited to have our own Scoops Ice Cream store in Altavista! Hershey ice cream is always good. We enjoyed sitting at the tables outside. Very pleasant!! We'll be back this summer!????

    Ice cream parlor. Also sell pies and cookies. Ample parking. Clean restrooms. They serve Hershey's ice cream. Outside seating available
