    My son and I have visited the Lynchburg location twice in the last month as he has doctors out there. Both times, the food was very good. The food took a little while to come out but it was right at opening lunch rush so that was to be expected. They did a wonderful job at taking care of us each time.

    Almost all of my experiences at this Chili's has been great! If something was wrong, they went overboard to fix it. Great menu options at lunch and dinner. Make sure you download the app for great perks!

    Great food. Swift response time.
    Excellent bar staff. Offie was my bartender/server. 5 stars.

    We always enjoy eating here. Even when they are busy, it's not normally a long wait for our food. Food is always fresh and you get a lot of it! Our waitress yesterday for lunch (the receipt said Hailey Br - table 52) was awesome! She was very attentive and very nice.

    Our server was good, friendly and responsive (thank you Morgan). Food was what was expected - delivered hot and in a timely manner. More importantly, the food was good.
    My only issue was cleanliness. Walking to and from our table felt as if we were walking on ice. The floors were quite greasy and slippery. And some dust and dirt around mouldings.
    While the overall experience was very good, the cleanliness had me wondering about the kitchen and food prep areas.
    I would have given 5 had it not been for these reasons above.
