Absolutely love Ruther Glen Arby's. Always friendly staff, order always made right. Restaurant very clean inside.. Ann always greets us with the best and beautiful smile.. Keep up the great work!!!

Good service...curly fries were returned for fresh hot ones overall food was good. What I didn't appreciate was one of the employees was on lunch break eating and he had his apron on then once he clocked back on he was cleaning around us while we were eating.
I was about to approach the register to say something however I didnt once I saw some of the employees just lounging on the counters with a full been of curly fries with no 1 at the drive thru or inside to order anything.
Labor and food cost waste...if the overall #s are off that's why.

Great management and staff. They have always been very kind and helpful. A nice and clean eating area and environment. Good fast food from the typical Arby’s menu in a modern style Arby’s. Rarely an issue and the few minor issues were always taken care of quickly.

Accessible to I-95; restaurant is clean and well maintained. (Recent renovation within a few years). I have stopped by often during travel to and from the Mid-Atlantic region.

Staff is professional - service was very good. Food quality has always been excellent. This particular visit was during off-peak hours.
Expect to wait a few minutes to both place and receive your order during peak times. Atmosphere mitigates this.
