Fancy Gap Country Store

Absolutely delicious!! We almost passed it up when we were looking for a restaurant because of the name. Then we saw the smoker outside! Some of the best pork I've had! Everything was delicious. Love the smoked Mac as well! Can't wait to go back!

Just a stop in for a quick bite on the way to a weekend get-away and this place hit the spot!
I had the BBQ platter with smoked Mac n cheese and mountain cabbage. The cabbage was perfectly seasoned, the BBQ was very tender, and the Mac n Cheese had a perfect smoky flavor.
Definitely stop in at this place!

New Restsurant. Smoked Pulled pork was good. IceCream was delicious! Several flavors and options. Clean. Seating inside and outside. Hard working, friendly staff. The Country Store part of their business is due to be renovated nextdoor, and is not open.

Hands down the best smoked chicken wings I’ve ever had. They are smoked whole and melt apart. This guy knows what he’s doing. The menu is small but they perfectly make every item. The ice cream is tasty and can be made into shakes! Great family joint and I’ll be going there every chance I get.

When you can smell the smoker on the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP 200-201 near Fancy Gap, ‘nuff said. The smoked full wings are amazing. Tender and falling off the bone. What a fun and relaxing place to visit. We are local and will be returning!
