Sheldon's Motel & Restaurant

Food is great; you can order food or get food from the buffett. Has wifi but it's not too strong when you're in your room. Has a game room and a kind of mini casino. Kind staff

The motel wasn't bad. I saw a review that mentioned a mouse in the room. I'd have to guess that house cleaning probably cleaned the room with the door open and because they're in the middle of nowhere a mouse snuck in. My room was nice enough and clean.

The restaurant wasn't great, but I'm not going to say anything due to Covid rules and all. I'll definitely go back if things go back to normal and give them another chance.

I eat here from time to time for some good country cooking. It's a little motel and restaurant combined. The restaurant is definitely shabby and in need of a good makeover and that's the reason for the 4 stars. But don't let it's appearance fool you. The food is always scrumptious and you'll get things you don't normally find, like corn pudding. Their buffet is great and I'd recommend it highly if you're in the mood for some comfort food.
