    Favorite pizza place in charlottesville, most like pizza I grew up with in New York! Classic no frills Italian-American pizza place. Great option for take-out or can accommodate big groups to dine in.

    Ignore the warnings about service and just taste the food here. My Italian gf isn’t ever impressed and she almost teared-up Eating the homemade pasta sauce and meatballs on a regular spaghetti and meatball dinner, raved about the homemade Italian dressing that was identical to her grandmothers and I don’t think we’ve been this satisfied with a meal in a long time.

    Ordered 2medium pizzas for take out. They were ready for us when I told them I'd be there, and the pizzas were delicious.
    My only complaint is that for 2 medium pizzas and marinara sauce it costed $32. That surprised me as I was expecting the price to be closer to $22.
