Bodo's Bagels

There's a reason why this place is always so busy. If you want a fresh bagel, perhaps even made into a breakfast or lunch sandwich, this is the place to come. They have about 10 varieties of bagels and just as many cream cheeses, plus meats, cheeses, veggies, or other condiments to top your bagel. They lightly warm/toast your bagel too. Their service is fast and the prices are low too. So good. I go for an everything bagel with olive cream cheese, as well as some lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and then I'm in heaven.

I've been a regular customer at this location for over 15 years. Love their food and the service. However recently, my orders have been inconsistently with what is displayed on my reciept. Me and my spouse's bagels are often switched resulting in a very messy exchange of sandwiches. Proper order fulfillment is the only thing keeping my review from being 5-stars! Peace.

I don't particularly like bagels. I know, I know, but it's a personal preference. My wife loves Bodo's. She gets an Everything Bagel with three cheese melt usually. I usually just get tuna fish, forgetting that tuna fish salad likes to squish out the hole.
It's generally very busy, because they have the best bagels in Cville, but the line moves surprisingly fast. The service is crisp and polite. The restaurant is clean and continually tidied.

Delicious bagels! Got the garlic bagel with herb cream cheese. To die for! Later went back for a sandwich, which was also delicious. I definitely recommend eating them fresh - they aren't as soft and chewy a few hours later.

Amazing bagels with a wide selection - onion, garlic, plain, etc. Quickand friendly service and they separate the more flavorful bagels (onion, garlic etc) from the other bagels if you are getting bagels to go. Great salmon, lox, on the bagels. Can be very crowded at peak times but the line moves fast. Very good coffee to go with bagels.
