Great selection of shakes. Food is okay for fast food. I don't enjoy the religious music station they always seem to have on.

I love the vibe there. Food is cheap and really hits the spot. The people there are always friendly too

I had a superior experience at Cook Out 6/17/2019 thanks to our cashier, Jenna. She took the time and patience to walk us through the menu (we were first timers). She was kind, enthusiastic, and caring. I've never seen an employee at a restaurant chain take so much care with each individual customer. She was so warm and welcoming, I felt like I was having dinner at a friend's house. Her positive energy and smile were contagious; she delivered superior service.It's so often we as humans only notice/recognize negative experiences, and I think it's so important to recognize Jenna as an amazing employee and human being. Thank you!!

Any place that I can get a quesadilla and a chicken wrap as a side dish is a place for me! Get a meal and they'll give you a shake upgrade for a dollar. The food is always hot and fresh and they'll make it like you want it. This is one of the rare fast food places where every time I go in there I am satisfied with my meal. Cheap, great options, and fresh. Checking off the things I want in a fast food meal.

The food is great but the service is stellar! For the last few weeks they've been experiencing a staffing shortage during the late night hours. However, their delivery was still delicious and their professionalism never wavered!
