Twisted Branch Tea Bazaar

My go to place in Charlottesville. It is great to have this gem on the downtown mall and a great place to go when you are not in the mood for coffee of alcohol. I love trying all the different teas and the staff is always eager to discuss the subtleties of each tea with you, which I love.

Been a fan for years. The food is terrific...greens, tomatoes, hummus, tofu - every ingredient is fresh and high-quality.
Teas are great/ ambience is hippy / staff is always friendly. You can play board games if you like and you can hang out here for hours... C’ville (I don’t live here any more), you are lucky to have this place.

Hip, Cool, and fantastic for any occasion almost. From a first date after dinner spot, to hookah, numerous exotic teas, live music, and good place for a deep conversation.
Various seating styles are accommodated and staff are always friendly.

Best place to chill. Great selection of coffees and hookas. Not a fan of food here though.

Love this place so much, good vibes and great tea. Hookah is also good, but for those of you that don't partake, it's usually done in the back where the smoke doesn't interfere with other customers. Not wheelchair friendly.
