Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Most of the food was amazing! So I didn't give it one star as I wanted. I really didn't get any desserts, because everything was pretty much empty and the chocolate fountain was disgusting!!! and the person working there didn't seem to care cuz she did nothing to clean it up,or fill it up. But those grilled steak tips & gravy over my mashed potatoes deserves 5 stars

They lost a star from me because they take forever to make the chicken. I had to wait in a line for just under 10 minutes. But other than that everything else was good.

I can only pray that everyone would experience the " STELLAR SERVICE" that I received and seen on Wednesday Mar 20 at Chesapeake Square's Golden Corral! It was a 5 star customer service. experience! Ms. Dominique was at the cashier, AWESOME PERSON, AWESOME JOB!!! She also was a great greeter, customer advocate and educater, a director to make things run smoothly and most of all an ANGEL to all!!! she really made me fill so special and important! Not only me but she helped and treated every body with that same level of loving care! She really was fabulous! I had ordered a take out of chicken so I had the chance to observe a lot as I waited. "Just about" all the employees spoke and was polite, this included a manager, clean up man, and a beautiful Hispanic waitress, all smiles! My food was PERFECT, thanks again to the efforts of Ms Dominique! thank you to everyone! BUT NOW THE NEGATIVES: i called 7 times trying place my order, I had absolutely NO luck! I NEVER got an answer no matter what I did! Also they really don't need trays anymore, I saw 1 person spill water on the floor and 3 other close calls from people trying to balance their drinks on that big tray. My overall satisfaction rating is a five (5) plus!!!!
