It's ok service and food. Everytime I decide to try the food again I will say they are always improving.

Jackie Chen’s is a spectacular culinary tour of southeast China. Ever since the addition of celebrity chef Hanyu Pinyin (featured on Iron Chef season 2) the food quality has been outstanding. You can’t go wrong with anything of the menu. Some of the items, like the whole duck, are pricey but well worth the cost. Me and my wife’s favorite dish is the Li li wei wei de tuzi, which roughly translates to inside out rabbit. My only complaint is I wish the staff had warned us about the erotic fortune cookies. They were particularly vulgar. I had to explain to my son what a butt plug is.

I went in and got moo goo gai pan. It was made fresh! It was wonderful! And the staff was incredibly helpful to hold the door open for me both when I walked in and when I left!

This place is a Hidden Gem!! It may depend on what you order. It may depend on when you order. But, for what I ordered and when I did order it, it was right on time!!

If I could give any more than five stars, I would!!!

Best Chinese food on the planet!! Or at least the best Chinese food I've had for the 30+ years I've existed! I see people giving 1 stars for lack of delivery... that's dumb and lame. That has nothing to do with their quality. Regardless, you can tell they care and are family owned. I have never had a bad experience in the last 10 years ordering/eating from here, even before they changed names and ownership. Love love love them!! Everything is delicious, but the chicken with brocolli is the bomb!
