La Hacienda Mexican Grill

Their Carne Asada California Fries are the best in Chesapeake! I have been eating at the mall location for some time now because it is so good, this new location taste just as great as the old one. Ordered lunch take out today and am so happy that their new location stands up to my high expectations. Seriously, if you don't like their carne asada fries there is something wrong with you.

Brand new place, the chips, salsa and white sauce were amazing. Sweet tea was great and tasty. Shelby, our waitress was very patient and sweet, and took great care of us. The other staff was attentive and even checked on us often. Food was great, tastes like homemade and have great authentic variety you don’t get at other places. Place is also well kept and clean, bathrooms are well taken care of.

This was a pretty good Mexican restaurant. The food was good, and what you expect from a Tex Mex restaurant. The service was good, and I felt like all of the staff that passed by our tables were attentive to our needs. Their service was also fast, and the food came out hot. One of the things that I did not like about the restaurant was how the tables were laid out because it gave the restaurant a very claustrophobic feel and like you were eating with the people that were next to you. And they also didn't have any specials for dinner time which I'm very used to with other Tex Mex places in the area. Other than that it was a pleasant visit with good Mexican food.

Pretty good standard style Mexican place. Love how it's closer to the house and it's new. They need to buy out the nail place next door and expand.
