Lily’s crepes

We had a very delicious meal from this spot, the crepes were delicious and the espresso was as well.

Our experience there, however, was both bad and extremely good. Initially we were waiting a long time for our order but there was a regime change while we waited. Typically I do not mind waiting a long time and am more than understanding when it comes to a busy time for a business when it’s obvious everyone is stressed and doing their best. But the first group of employees had no sense of urgency and were not friendly, nor did they pick up the pace to meet the obviously busy time for the shop. Quite a few potential customers were actually turned away and told “it’s a really long wait” by an employee. When the regime changed and a different manager/ maybe the owner showed up, things changed. Everything was fast paced and snappy, he was friendly and immediately finished our order and made up for the lack of speed and customer service we experience first, and insisted on accommodating us despite our apprehension. It was very much appreciated and that’s why this my review is five stars, and why I will be trying this place again! He was extremely attentive and very fast - the new round of employees were as well.

First time here, have tried many crepe restaurants and this one was the best. The gentleman who took our order suggested trying 2 different types of crepes to share instead of ordering the same so we were able to taste 2 different flavors, makes sense! And the red velvet milkshake! Wow! Love when staff helps in making decisions since we were new! Flavors just all go so well together ! Thanks!

Can’t believe we’re so lucky to have such a unique and original locally owned restaurant in Great Bridge. The service was fantastic and the food was spectacular. We had a blast watching the team make our meals and enjoyed the personal interaction. This is definitely a new favorite!

What a lucky find! Lily’s Crepes is a treat - a gem with delicious, unique food and an equally delightful owner. We tried a savory and a dessert crepe - both were delicious! We couldn’t resist the cheesecake milkshake, and it was perfect - creamy, but not too rich or too sweet. Clearly, Lily’s is a labor of love, and we look forward to trying more creative flavors, in addition to delicious favorites like the ham & cheese or the banana & Nutella.
If you try Lily’s - and you should - just remember that all the best things take time, and handmade crepes are worth the little extra wait.

Wow! Had a savory and a sweet during my visit to Lily’s. Both were incredible and huge (my friends and I were able to split each). Great staff. Definitely will return and recommend.
