It is a place of good food and good service

When I called, the guy who answered the phone seemed like he had zero interest in working there. But, if I had to work on a Sunday, I probably would have the same attitude. I was estimated 45 mins for delivery, but it only took 40, so that's a plus! However, the food does not taste very good. There's a very strong oil taste on the chicken, along with a strong onion taste (I didn't order anything with onion?). It's not the worst, but not the best fast food chinese around either.

I like their food, but as many are pointing out their attitude and rudeness makes them undesirable. I had been ordering from them for ages and all of a sudden they told me they did not deliver to my area. Also, it depends on whom is delivering. When an oriental delivers, he just quickly pockets your money, hands you the food and tries to haul-a__. I once had an order that came to $23 and some change. I gave the driver two twenties which he quickly pocketed, handed me my food and proceeded to leave. I only lived a smidgen over a mile from the place and although the service was good, it was not worth a $16 tip. I occasionally order from them and pick it up. It would be nice for them to catch up with the times and accept credit cards over the phone and do delivery to those right at their door. It is frustrating to call because they advertise delivery only to find out they don't accept credit cards over the phone or for delivery/they don't deliver down the street. As far as rudeness, they are quick to hang up on you before you ask more questions about anything. They give one the impression that you need to hurry up and buy or go away (whether one knows what to buy and how much it costs). Everything is 10 minutes!
