The Cutting Edge Cafe

The Cutting Edge is one of those places that I might not have ever noticed due to it's location (I just don't go to that shopping area often), but once I found it, I made it a regular destination. Word of mouth is what tuned me in to this awesome place, and my friends are all right-it's so good. From the daily specials to the regular menu items, I have never been disappointed, ever. Not even slightly. I love the paninis, how perfectly crisp they get. The hummus and warm pita bread as a side would keep me happy on it's own. The salads are fresh, colorful, and have so much flavor. I would highly recommend The Cutting Edge to anyone and everyone.

I had the Asian Salad and literally have had way better. Couldn't even chew some of the ingredients. My friend had a sandwhich and the bacon was old. I expected better but can say it is a welcoming and nice environment. So maybe it was just a bad day for the kitchen. Hey everyone has them from time to time. So we eneded up throwing it out.

Whew, Chile! The Cutting Edge Café is life, do you hear me!? It is so good that I have been for lunch back to back for the past three days straight. I have not experienced better paninis in my life. Service is very diligent and friendly. It stays packed for lunch but doesn't let that deter you, you will get your food in no time and with a smile. All in all, more people need to know about The Cutting Edge Café

I got the chicken avocado club with a side of hummus, on my second visit, I got the chicken thigh special on potato bread with a side salad, and on my third visit, I got the wasabi braised beef sandwich with sweet potato fries. Each and every day the food was hot, fresh, and delicious; furthermore, there was not one menu item I did not like. There is no wrong decision here when it comes to picking a meal.

Excellent food and service. I had the oriental salad with chicken. Dressing was delicious and everything was fresh. Would definitely go back!
