The Egg Bistro

Grabbed a quick bite with a friend and was treated to a great new surprise for lunch. I ordered the Dixie chicken wrap with hot buffalo sauce. Delicious and fresh. It was like a handheld buffalo chicken salad. Recommend the fruit cup to help with heat. Always pay attention to daily specials for homemade value lunch.

I am a former employee of the Chesapeake Egg, and it was the BEST job experience I’ve ever had. Such a fun atmosphere & great memories made! I was always super impressed in the dedication the owners put into constantly upgrading the menu and finding the highest quality ingredients for their dishes! Unfortunately I moved out of state, but every summer we come back to visit! Can’t get grits like theirs up North! All of the locations have their own charm, it’s worth checking them all out!

My go to order is : two eggs, corn beef hash, grits,toast and a side of tomatoes. Mix it up with a variety of sausage and the crispy peppered bacon is awesome !

Lunch specials are always consistent and great portions!

Great food and staff. They go above and beyond to get you whatever you may need to make sure your experience is the best it can be. The staff is amazingly kind and friendly and the food quality and quantity are top shelf bar none. Bloody Mary’s are to die for and the Mimosa flights are Phenomenal! I plan on coming here often!

My wife and I love it here. We’ve been a few times and each time we’re more impressed. I recently went vegan and they have such good choices and delicious food! The servers are awesome and everyone is so polite. Love the southern hospitality...can’t beat it.
