    For the price. This place is an absolute bargain. The shakes here are amazing and the nutritional values are so good especially for people working out or people who just enjoy shakes.

    Delicious energy drinks and shakes, that are healthy! The owner, Carley is really sweet and cool too! I definitely want and hope she receives even more business! COVID-19 friendly, and wearing a mask is a must. She’s planning fitness activities, among many other events, like doughnuts and coffee with protein, and low in sugar! Please check them out on Facebook and Instagram! You won’t regret it! Just stop on by, off of Taylor Rd, in Chesapeake, Virginia!

    Wow! What a great new business!! The owner, Carley, is very sweet and was so helpful in assisting me with choosing a shake from their extensive menu! I chose the No Bake Cookie Shake and it was delicious!! I’m going to try the Reese’s PB egg shake tomorrow. The best part is not only are the shakes delicious, they are healthy too! This will be my new “Go To” place before work! Give this place a try...you won’t be disappointed!
