Friendly's

It's been almost 20 years since I had a meal at a Friendly's restaurant, and I am glad that I came. The food came out hot and fresh, the onion rings were crispy not soggy and the young lady that saw to my needs was authentic and polite, a great asset to your generation! And I had just left church so you know I was hungry. The strawberry shortcake had really fresh sweet toppings.

Friendly's come to Cary, NC!!! You guys always have some issue at your place like credit card machines not working or the fact that you took off my flavor Chocolate almond chip from your ice cream menu. Please get it together. I will say the service is still good and everyone from Managers to employees still seem happy. I noticed that the food is a bit on the salty side. I had the Turkey dinner. But it was real and tasted good. The place was clean and so were the bathrooms. The foibles tasted good.. Need more Strawberry though. Seems that the inside of the restaurant has not changed in quite awhile. Maybe time for a remodel?

It's a nice establishment, foods tasty and the staff are nice, however you can tell it's the last friendly's. The building inside and out looks deteriorated and the seating is a bit crowded at times. But still, ice cream is good and the food is tasty, so give it a try every now and then.

Generally Friendly's is a good place to go for ice cream. They have a good selection of options and toppings. The food is okay, but it's not the main reason you go to Friendly's. Good place to take the family so that the kids can get some ice cream and the adults can get a quick bite to eat (and some ice cream too).
