O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely eat there again. Food was moderately priced and there was a variety of a wide range to choose from.

Decent food. Decent prices, if you get there at 11 when they open, just know the kitchen is not ready and you will wait for your food. Another trip today, the worst service ever! We didn't get all of our order, coffee wasn't fresh, waitress kept disappearing, had to go find a manager. It took forever to get food and get out of there. The MOD was not helpful at all.

Happy that I found an O'Charleys in Richmond because the only one I have ever been to is in Bristol, Virginia. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately for some reason rain likes to follow my birthday, of course I was able to eat inside, just cover my head when we left. I got my favorite which salmon which comes with sweet potatoes. And I picked the cherry pie for dessert which was very sweet, I should have just got the apple pie but I was looking at the calories. So my birthday cake was the cherry pie. ????????????????
