Local Pizza and Brewery

This is our new favorite pizza place. The sauce is fresh, and the crust is so good! I love a crust with a little char. And the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered a carne pizza to go. They told me 20 minutes, but it was done much sooner. This was during lunch when they weren't very crowded. When I picked it up, pizza was lukewarm and had been sweating inside the box. Got home, the crust was soft, so I stuck it in the oven for a few minutes. There were some bits of meat on top that were very dense and chewy. Not sure what it was. The flavor was ok, but the crust still didn't seem like it had been thoroughly cooked. I think I would prefer a standard pepperoni or deluxe pizza, which wasn't on the menu, but not in a hurry to return. They have a lot of positive reviews, so YMMV.

Such a great find. We were lucky enough to sit outside and enjoy this wonderful place. Starting with the first picture it was the hot honey pepperoni, prosciutto pizza ( I can’t remember the actual name), a kids cheese, and the campfire. It was delicious. Hands down we will be back again. Our server was fantastic!
