    I walked in without being greeted.

    I went to order and asked one staff what type of fiber add-in they offer, does it contain soy?
    They staffs face is not one I was expecting... They said "I don't know." ... They went over and picked up the container and said "this is what it is" ... No explanation and I observed there was no label on the container. Very off-putting. The staff asked me "do you need to have soy?" I said no, I'm very allergic and need to avoid it.

    I went ahead and ordered my smoothie. It was okay. They are not "nice" enought to fill the entire cup (32oz) ... Why must I pay for it if I'm not getting everything? Seems wasteful to both parties.

    I sensed there is tension between staff members as well. Attitudes and negative energy in this location. Not a team ..... Not sure if I will return.

    I only observed one staff wash their hands when returned to work.

    Overall, do better.

    I had been going here frequently pre-pandemic and really enjoyed the smoothies as well as the service. There is one employee in particular, a young woman, who is always extremely friendly. However, since being back open I have not been impressed with the service provided. I went in last week and walked in to two of the employees arguing loudly. From the sound of the argument the one employee had said something racially insensitive that prompted the other employee to rightfully call him out for the behavior. I assumed since I walked in maybe this would stop, but then the arguing continues infront of me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I came back today and the same employee who had obviously said something offensive to upset the other employee last week was there and as soon as I walk in the door rudely says “did you read our sign we don’t take card, just cash”. Now I understand that may be the case but his whole demeanor about it seemed extremely unnecessary. I also felt the other day he was being this way but to the other employee, causing him to be upset. As someone with a management degree myself and in business myself, I find this sort of hostile behavior at work inappropriate and the level of discomfort it has caused me has made me not want to return to this location.

    Friendly and smoothie is delicious. I’m glad SK is near my house.
