IHOP

I placed an order for takeout and the manager, I think his name was Blaine, took my call. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I wanted pancakes with a side of eggs, but instead of just ringing me up for that, he suggested a breakfast combo which gave me more food for less money.
When I got to the restaurant, he came over, addressed me by name and shook my hand. I felt very welcome and of course the food was great.
This experience has made this IHOP my number 1 choice for breakfast cravings.

John was our waiter this visit. Slow night but only 2 waistaff, so they were busy. Yet we were well taken care of. The restaurant was clean, the orders were delivered hot and tasty, and John was timely with checking in on us. We left satisfied with full bellies and no regrets.

Excellent service tonight. Pancakes were really good as usual. My husband had an omelette and said it was good also. They really took care of us.

We had a staff breakfast with 6 people at IHOP last Friday. The waitress was very attentive, the food was good and our orders were all perfect when she brought them to us. Great experience.
