    I’m used to buying Middle Eastern food in Northern Virginia where I have many choices of markets and bakeries to choose from. Recently I ordered hummus, tabouli, bread, kibbeh and olives for a party in Richmond, and was delighted that all of the food prepared by Jerusalem Market and Deli was as good or better than any I had tasted before, including home-made!

    This market has been here for years. The owner is a nice guy and very welcoming from what I know. I really enjoyed my steak and cheese sandwich. Not too many halal eateries these days with good grub, especially in Richmond, so I'm pleased to have this place as an option. ????

    Really GOOD???? fresh cooked as well as shelf and refrigerated foods/groceries. And good prices. They also sell clothing and other non food items. They offer a small eat in tables and chairs section in the back of the store. And of course order and take out.
