Great customer service every time we’ve been here. To the owner: your management from this store needs to clean house and train your staff at your Waterford location. The difference between your two stores is night and day.

Very nice and well put together store. Self serve / kiosk ordering available, a lane for mobile ordering at the drive through and the inside of the store is super nice. Love the drinks on tap. Doesn't seem to have as big of a donut selection as others, definitely seems to be coffee forward, which isn't a problem. First time I went in staff was welcoming and friendly and everything was perfect

Only four stars because while I know that the staff is new they definitely need more training to iron out the wrinkles. Tried to order a drink via the drive through today (second time I've visited this store) and they told me it didn't exist, despite the fact its on the menu in store. It's a minor inconvenience, but at the same time frustrating to go out of my way to this store since only the newer stores have that drink available.

Once the staff is more up to speed I'm sure it'll be the best Dunkin in the local area.
