Pleasant and fast service. Got the parmesan and ranch double dippers. It was delicious. Would be 5 stars but the drink is $1.50 more on top of the $5 box. Still not a bad deal.

The guy who sounds like Lou Armstrong should be be used in a national branding campaign! I think he was the manager. Great customer service ???? you guys really should use him. I am a former advertising executive. ALLEN

Very great establishment! The employees were very kind, and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I LOVE this place. The food is delicious. When the right manager is on shift, it's a tight run operation.

UPDATE: Your experience at this restaurant,in my opinion, is wholly dependent on the manager on duty. There is one gentleman who manages,or managed this restaurant, and he ran a tight ship. Orders were taken and filled quickly, and he managed without being mean. We have not seen him in a while, and we are concerned, because the woman they have in there now is horrible. She yells at her employees in front of customers, which obviously makes the employees feel bad, because their attitude shows it. Granted, the food is still delicious, I just don't need to stand in the lobby for 20+ minutes listening to her yell at and belittle her people, then watch them slow to a crawl in protest and treat the customers like waiting on them is the last thing they want to do.

It's quickly developing into a toxic environment there, and it needs to change. Fast.
