Great service delicious food

BEST BURGER IN TOWN

This review is based on the Midlothian location. Hull St location is NOT yet open. Service was quick, employees had gloves and masks, place was clean, the only thing I would suggest is for the employees not to unwrap drinking straws for the clients, I actually ended up throwing mine away and switching the drink into my own cup. This is especially important during COVID-19 season when people are being more meticulous than ever about these kind of things . The home made chips were on point, hot and fresh! Burger was nice and juicy although towards my last bite I did find a small portion of what seemed to be a small charred piece of meat. I was a little bummed about that, but other than that, it was a good meal. They also have 15% off your first order, not sure how long that goes for, but the extra discount is always nice.

They are open now!! I ordered to take out. Had a great experience, the owner was super friendly. I ordered a dry aged beef burger and my wife had a duo with crispy chicken and angus beef. They are all really good! My dry aged beef burger is so tender and juicy. It has the perfect amount of bbq sauce so that it’s not overpowering the flavor of the beef. Over all the flavors were really well balanced. The burgers really feel high end. The fries are really interesting and good as well. They are some where between fries and potato chips. Would recommend to friends and family and I will definitely be back again!!

Edit:
I think next time I will eat the bigger fries first and then save the small ones for afterwards. They start as fries when they are warm and turn into potato chips as they cool down. Yum! The fries were lightly salted and peppered, which is a nice touch. The details really make this place stand out!
